“I’ve walked through darkness for as long as I can remember — not just once, but again and again, from childhood into adulthood. Life hasn’t just tested me; it’s shaped me in fire. There were moments I didn’t think I’d make it, times when the weight of it all felt unbearable. But I kept going. Somehow, I kept going.
And in all that pain, I found something deeper — not just survival, but a quiet strength. Not everyone makes it out of their tunnels. Some get lost in the dark. But for those of us who do, we carry more than our own stories. We carry others too — those still struggling, those who’ve forgotten their light.
This path isn’t meant to be walked alone. And though it’s been lonely at times, I’ve come to realize that every scar, every step, has made me a light for someone else. I may not have all the answers, but I have resilience — the kind forged in silence, in tears, in truth. And that resilience can guide others out too.
So I keep going. Not just for me, but for all of us who are still finding our way. The light at the end may not erase the darkness we’ve known, but it makes every step worth it. Together, we’ll get there.“
